3.5 You must not allow any third party, including family members or friends, to use your jetween account. All bets, transactions, and activity conducted via your account are deemed to have been made by you personally.
4.1 All financial transactions on jetween are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion charges are applied to BDT transactions.
4.2 jetween accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your jetween account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. In the event of a delay, you should contact support with your payment reference number. jetween is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account identity verification is complete; (b) no pending bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold; and (d) your account is in good standing with no active security review.
4.5 Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes during normal operating windows. Withdrawals initiated outside standard windows or subject to additional verification may take longer. jetween will communicate any delay to the account holder.
4.6 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. jetween reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
4.7 You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of associated funds.
4.8 jetween reserves the right to reverse any deposit or decline any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
5.1 From time to time, jetween may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered account holders. The availability, value, and specific terms of any promotion are determined by jetween at its sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
5.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be turned over in eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14.1 You may close your jetween account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. 14.4 Self-excluded accounts are treated as suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. Requests to reactivate a self-excluded account will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and support review before reinstatement is approved.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the jetween complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
15.2 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
15.3 No failure or delay by jetween in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. A waiver granted on one occasion does not constitute a waiver on any subsequent occasion.
15.4 These Terms, together with the jetween Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jetween with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
